Please exit the Domestic Terminal through Door 7, in the Jetstar Check-in area. Proceed across the pedestrian crossing to your left and make your way to the sign posted Shuttle Bus area.

VEHICLE RETURNS

Auckland airport: Customers are asked to allow sufficient time prior to flight check-in to call in at our depot, complete vehicle return formalities and be transferred to the airport. 

All drivers must carry a valid full license from their country of residence. If it is not in English you must also present an International Driving Permit or a suitable translation. License must be valid for the entire rental period.

On departure
Please allow sufficient time to call at the depot to drop your  vehicle  off  to  us  and  allow  for  time  to  inspect  the  vehicle  and transfer time to the airport. Most international airlines require that you check  in  at  least  2  hours  before  flight  departure  to  complete formalities. If you have arranged an early drop off at the airport (prior to  our  opening  hours),  please  confirm  the  details  and  parking instructions  for  the  early  drop  off  with  us  when  you  pick  up  your vehicle.
